Black empowerment is a way of life, it’s more than wearing t-shirts or marching when white media cameras are near. Black empowerment represents the very real code of conduct that we the noble Black polity act out every day of our lives, and that being said, it’s important to remember that there are many ways to express that empowerment.
The Daily recently sent a reporter out to the New York Rochester Executioners protest, and upon arriving we immediately saw dozens of our people standing outside of the Rochester Thug’s department building. Many of the protestors at the event claimed they were at a previous protest held just several months earlier for the public execution of Daniel Prude, and innocent Brotha who the Rochester Thugs savagely murdered.

The only problem; nothing was tangibly getting done outside of some upset Black people yelling at race soldiers armed with 9mm pistols, sniper protection, and riot gear.

This led us here at The Daily to reexamine the Rochester Black community’s strategies for handling the NY race soldiers.
In the business world, the most important aspect of an effective organizational structure is without doubt the conceptualizing and building of supporting apparatuses meant to further their cause.
Unfortunately, most Black Americans have been excluded from the corporate business sector of America, due to the banning of non-bootlicking Black people from the country’s economic structure. This age-old practice would normally force the targeted group to come up with alternative structures for supporting wealth, however those structures are few in between in the Black community due to the lack of Black business people with any real ambitions of power.

We bring up the practice of creating supporting apparatuses due the very nature of an apparatus; a system set up to ensure your will doesn’t fade from existence once you die, or are forced to an alternative position.
The Rochester protest, among many other national Black protests are inevitably doomed to fail, not because of lack of effort, but lack of preparation.
Why is it that the protest of Black Americans against armed men with guns usually lead to the same outcome as if there were no protest at all? It’s because there are no governing systems created by Black people for Black people that push our will past our incessant whining and screaming.
For example, when the Rochester Thugs with Badges assault a young Sista, we complain that it shouldn’t happen, we then march with signs purchased from racist stores owned by our enemies like Target or Walmart, and call it a day once the white media’s cameras leave.
Imagine this, in an alternative world, Black people who are actually on-code receive the news of a young Sista being accosted. They then use our money to create action,(since they do happen to live in a world that runs on money)actions aimed at paying young Brothas with licensed firearms to patrol their area indefinitely until confidently secure the perimeter of the surrounding Black neighborhood from outside and inside threats.
The people paying these armed men understand that there’s no need to name the group with a title, they effectively function as a Black citizen’s guard.

This imaginary group of Black people then decide that even though the streets are being guarded by Brothas with good intentions for the time being, they still need to ascertain the names and whereabouts of the perpetrators.
So they begin using their funds to acquire private investigators to bring them the pertinent information they seek. In this case, the video which became viral, very clearly shows agents of the Rochester police Department on the camera feed. Meaning that somebody in the same department knows the names or whereabouts of the perpetrators. The on-code Black people understand that white supremacy is a band of thieves and they begin incentivizing department race soldiers to provide them more information.

Finally, when the next day arrives, the on-code Black mass doesn’t protest but instead begins to devour the recently gained info and subsequently compile a list or series of list of perps and their capabilities.
The Black businessmen then wait, and wait, and wait some more, until the perps whereabouts are located. Once the enemies are found, the Black business people then incentivize their own forces to bring the terrorist to justice, their own justice.
After weeks of the white media wondering why the local Black community hasn’t made a sound over the recent assault, the Black businessmen finally come to the Black media with proof that Black justice was dealt to the attackers. They also send the images to the seemingly benign white media as a deterrent to any future attacks.
Now in that alternate universe Black businessmen successfully gained information on the attacker(s) who would dare harm one of their own. They then created their own citizens militia to guard their area of stay instead of letting the same enemies who just brutalized them oversee them. Lastly, the Black businessmen set off to effectively purge the enemies of the Family.
The key to creating any effective apparatus is the will power to do so. This means Black people have to want to own something that can survive without them constantly operating the levers of said system. Most apparatuses start without a physical infrastructure, it’s simply a particular idea of doing things, or a code.
For example, when the Rochester Thugs with Badges assault a young Sista, we complain that it shouldn’t happen, we then march with signs purchased from racist stores owned by our enemies like Target or Walmart, and call it a day once the white media’s cameras leave.

After weeks of the white media wondering why the local Black community hasn’t made a sound over the recent assault, the Black businessmen finally come to the Black media, a recently developed apparatus of Black empowerment, with proof that Black justice was dealt to the attackers. They also send the images to the seemingly benign white media as a deterrent to any future attacks.
At the same time that this counter terrorism operation is in effect, the Black polity also decides to dump their resources into a political action committee or PAC. This ensures that there will not only be a steady stream of financing to spur a home-grown & on-code Black candidate to local office using this event as a rallying point, but also allow the Black grassroots to immediately influence other candidates from outside of our community during their next elections.
This can be described as a lobbying apparatus
.
The Black businessmen then set out to make sure that this never happens again, they begin to lobby for the Rochester thugs to lose their contract patrolling the Black part of town. Instead, they set out to lobby for one of their own hand-picked Black security firms to bid on and receive the contract to patrol the area.

Are we now seeing the common denominator in all of these scenarios? Every group requires resources to protect themselves, and to manifest their will into tangible action.
They even decided that the media & political landscape should at least be influenced if not outright dominated by their will.

Those Black people understood that as the elder scholar of the state, Dr. John Henrik Clarke often said “Black people, you have no friends.” Those Brothas decided that if they wanted to fix the problem, then the only place where they would find the solution would be amongst themselves.
In other words, on-code Brothas speak to no one but each other.
The creation of a successful system only requires a purpose, a means of carrying the purpose out, and most importantly, the will to do so. When will on-code Black people begin to institute their own series apparatuses dedicated to responding to white supremacist economic and physical violence?
