Famed Black American actor and producer Bill Cosby has been freed from prison after spending 2 years behind bars for what we’ve all long known to be outright lies and false accusations .
The Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the same body that will hear Mumia Abu Jamal’s life sentence appeal later this year overturned Bill Cosby’s 2018 sexual assault conviction on Wednesday.
Sighting a slew of litigatory errors, the high court overturned the unjust conviction orchestrated by the white supremacist and their feminist cohorts.
“This was … an unconstitutional coercive bait-and-switch,” Pennsylvania Justice David N. Wecht wrote, noting that such a “vast” due-process violation required an equally drastic remedy.
The prosecution against Mr. Cosby was led by the clearly bias Pennsylvania state prosecutor Kevin Steele and was characterized by witness tampering, with intention to bring forth testimony of decades old allegations with no legitimate collaborative evidence to boot, using testimony that Mr. Cosby stated under oath, which cumulated in a direct violation of his 5th amendment rights.
This was topped off with Kevin Steel running a entire election campaign on imprisoning Mr. Cosby, demonstrating clear bias.
There’s currently no word on the status of any potential suits the Cosby trust may initiate against Mr. Steele, the dozens of false accusers, or the state of Pennsylvania .
